At Inv3ntive Football Academy, we offer a clear pathway for committed players aged 6 to 14 (school years 2 to 9) who want more than just Sunday football.
We’re currently recruiting strong players to strengthen our competitive youth squads across multiple age groups.
If you’re already part of a grassroots team but want to gain more exposure, train with UEFA-qualified coaches, and compete in multiple leagues,

Amin — Watford FC
Joined in 2018 at age 11. A physical and determined player who always pushed to be his best, earning a move to Watford FC.
Trey - Southampton FC
Joined Inv3ntive at age 8 and showed great passion and commitment throughout his journey. His desire to improve led to him being signed by Southampton at 13.
Jayden - QPR FC
Joined as a U8 and progressed rapidly with strong two-footed technique. He was scouted while playing for Inv3ntive U10 and signed by QPR.
Gurnoor - Stevenage FC
With Inv3ntive since U7, Gurnoor’s speed, power, and work ethic helped him earn a move to Stevenage at U10.
Dominick - Fulham FC
Dominick joined Inv3ntive at age 6 through a holiday camp with little experience. With the right exposure and competitive environment, he developed quickly and was signed by Fulham just two years later
Ryan - QPR FC
Joined as U9 and often played a year up due to his game awareness and ball mastery. His development led to an opportunity with QPR FC.

Trial Process
How to Join
We host open trials every term and also invite promising players for private assessments
- Submit your trial request using our form
- Attend 1–2 training sessions with your age group
- Receive feedback from coaches
- If successful, join the squad and begin your match journey!
