CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We do not offer a money back guarantee for the fees that has already been paid. However, if you are unhappy the Service in your first month, you can request us to cancel your monthly fee from the following month by contacting info@inventivefootballacademy.com
Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the Service, including all equipment and facility.

Our registration includes access to all programme features, including up to 3x weekly training sessions, competitive matches, individual analysis, multiple tournaments throughout the year and much more. We offer financial is able to benefit from our programmes.

DETAILED INFORMATION

Player Selection for the team

Team selection by coaches will be based on attitude, behaviour, attendance and performance in trainings sessions. We can only take certain amount of players to ensure enough game time is provided and attention throughout the season.

In some case, during the season if a player is not progressing and finding the current level harder, coaches have the right to move them to a level that matches their ability level.

Club Charges- new fee structure

The academy will operate a separate registration and training/match fee scheme to fund the Academy.

Registration fees set at £190 per player for 2023/2024 season. £145 with early bird discount(before 20th August 2023). £30 Sibling discount available!
Training/Match Fee set at £40 per/month for teams doing 1 training & 1 match or £55 per/month for teams doing 1 training & 2 matches.
Membership begins after registration fees is paid will start on the 1st of October 2023 and finish on the 1st of June 2024.
£25 towards training and £15 towards 1x match.

What does the fee include?

Registration with the academy to start training in a team
Registration with the league to start playing matches
Insurance, which will ensure your child, have protection cover in the event of an injury
All internal INV3NTIVE Tournament entries(if your child is selected)
Player profile, which will show players development and stats.

Once you pay the fees, you can expect that your child will receive the following services:

New match Kit
1h 30min Long training session during the week
Competitive Football Match in Sunday League
Only INV3NTIVE football tournaments

Why do we ask for this price?

With the new season on horizon, it is time for us to look at the new training fees for Inv3ntive football academy.

We are not as fortunate as other clubs at the moment and we don’t yet have any support from major organisation. As much as we want to make football almost free for all of our members, we can’t do that just yet due to the cost that’s involved to run day to day tasks involved to keep the academy maintained.

Registration Policies

INV3NTIVE FOOTBALL ACADEMY RULE AND REGULATIONS

INV3NTIVE FOOTBALL ACADEMY reserves the right to move players up or down a level depending on their progress throughout the season
We hold the right to cancel your child’s membership even if you have paying for the registration seasonally or monthly
By registering your child with us, you are agreeing to our rules and regulations
Failure to come to without the team kit may stop your child from participating
Failure to disobey our policies such as code of conduct, safeguarding, anti-bulling
and rules could lead to individual facing certain consequences
We may not be able to refund or return any payment if your membership with
us is cancelled due to not following our policies and procedures
If you are constantly late, you may be issued fines
Parents and spectators are not allowed to coach or interrupt the team during
matches and trainings
If a parents/guardians is not able to attend, permission must be granted for your
child to attend training and matches by themselves. This only applies to players
above the age of 11 years old
Registered players are not allowed to join any other grassroots club if registered
with us
Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s behavior at all times
Accept liabilities for any fines that he/she may incur by the academy, league
competitions or county and agree to pay the fines promptly and by the due date
Seasonally Registration fee must be paid before my child can join
If you choose the Monthly Registration fee, you are must pay £180 when
registering and pay the training/match fee on the 1st of each month for 10
months if you join before September 2022

You may want to pause or stop your membership incase of an emergency. In this
instance you must email us on info@inventivefootballacademy.com at least a
month before
