I accept liabilities for any fines that he/she may incur by the Academy, League competitions or County and agree to pay the fines promptly and by the due date. I understand that failure to do so may result in increased fines and/or suspension from the academy.
The academy registration fee will be paid before my child can play. If I have any concerns or questions regarding payment, I will speak to the teams manager or team rep.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We do not offer a money back guarantee for the fees that has already been paid. However, if you are unhappy the Service in your first month, you can request us to cancel your monthly fee from the following month by contacting info@inventivefootballacademy.com
Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the Service, including all equipment and facility.
